Before your visit
Your coordinator answers questions about scheduling, documents and travel. The AI assistant is available 24/7 for administrative questions.
During your stay
Your coordinator's direct contact is in your arrival message. On treatment days the clinic reception can reach your dentist.
After you return
Write to your coordinator for follow-up appointments. Any symptom or concern is passed to medical staff immediately.
Urgent medical problems
If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number. Do not wait for a chat reply.
Coordinator hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00–19:00 Istanbul time. AI assistant: 24/7 for administrative questions.
