How do I start?
Send a message through the AI assistant, WhatsApp or the consultation form. A coordinator who speaks your language will reply and arrange a video consultation.
Is the first consultation by video?
Yes. A dentist meets you by video for about 30 minutes to discuss your goals. Suitability for treatment is only confirmed after an examination at the clinic.
How much does treatment cost?
Prices are not advertised on this website. After the consultation you receive a written, itemised estimate based on your plan.
Which languages do you speak?
English, German, Russian, Arabic, French, Turkish, Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian, through coordinators and the AI assistant.
How long will I need to stay?
It depends on the treatment and on what the dentist finds at the examination. Your written plan includes a proposed schedule.
Can you help with hotel and airport transfer?
Yes. Your coordinator can request airport transfers and suggest hotels. Requests are confirmed in writing before they count as bookings.
Can I send my X-rays?
Yes, but not through chat or WhatsApp. Your coordinator sends you a secure upload link after you request a consultation.
Who answers the chat?
An AI assistant answers first and says so. It handles administrative questions and bookings. You can ask for a person at any time.
Can I cancel or move my consultation?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation or ask the assistant, and we will offer new times.
What happens after I return home?
Your coordinator arranges follow-up appointments by video or with your local dentist, as your dentist recommends.
