Privacy policy

Demo legal text. A real clinic must have these pages written and approved by qualified lawyers (KVKK, GDPR and Turkish health regulations).

Who is responsible

In a real deployment the clinic is the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR. In this demo no real data controller exists and no real personal data should be entered.

What we collect

Name, contact details, country, preferred language, the treatment category you ask about, your appointment time and your consent choices. We do not ask for medical records in forms or chat.

Why

To answer your request, arrange a consultation, and send reminders you agreed to. Marketing messages are sent only with separate consent.

Where it is stored

In a real deployment: the clinic's CRM (GoHighLevel) and an assessed provider for medical documents. Cross-border transfers need a lawful basis under KVKK Article 9 and GDPR Chapter V. In this demo: a demonstration database that is reset regularly.

AI processing

Chat messages may be processed by an AI provider to generate replies. The assistant does not make medical decisions. Transcripts are kept with your contact record.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to the clinic or typing STOP in any message channel.
